When you’re shelling out $999 for a superior smartphone, you anticipate it gives you the best experience when using it yes, that too with no hiccups. Well, it does not appear to be the case with Apple’s iPhone X at least for a few users. Seemingly, some owners of the iPhone X are recently experiencing a glitch on their telephones which prevents them from answering or declining incoming calls instantly. Hundreds of iPhone X owners have taken to Apple’s support forums to complain about some sort of bug that prevents their mobile phones to light rapidly when the device begins ring, reports the Financial Times.

The identical problem has also been reported by some users through Twitter and Reddit as well, with one user recording the issue. In accordance with the consumers, it can take over 6-10 seconds before they have the ability to see accept or reject parameters on the screen. Consequently, it is too late for them to answer calls, possibly leaving missed or abandoned calls. While restarting the telephone assists for some time, but the issue resurfaces again, stated a few users. Others stated restoring the iPhone X’s first settings also doesn’t appear to solve the issue. I hear the telephone ring, but the images on the screen does not change to the telephone style, only once 5-6 rings.

Not only I can’t answer the phone, I also can’t see who is calling But only after about 10 seconds, one forum poster writes. To resolve this, I need to restart the telephone, until it is going to come back again. It does not help to close all of the apps. I will just add that it’s a brand new phone, not from second hand or something, and I am far from using all of my memory. It’s uncertain how many men and women suffer from the issue. Apparently, the complaints had begun emerging only this January, but the issue had begun soon after the launching of iPhone X back in November 2017. On Monday, Apple said that’s exploring the complaints of a potential glitch that’s preventing some iPhone X consumers from answering their telephone calls.
